PRIVACY POLICY

1. Who We Are. YAXYS LLC, a Texas limited liability company with its principal place of business at 603 Main Street, Suite 201, Garland, Texas 75040 ("YAXYS", "we", "us" or "our"), operates yaxys.tech (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes the personal information YAXYS collects through the Site and when you contact us, and how YAXYS uses and shares it.

2. Information We Collect.

  1. (a) Information you send us. When you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to give, including without limitation your name, email address, telephone number, company and the content of your message.
  2. (b) Technical information. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., processes the technical information needed to deliver and secure the Site, including without limitation your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, the referring page and the time of each request. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate visit counts; it does not use cookies.
  3. (c) Typefaces. The Site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address and browser information to Google when it fetches them.
  4. (d) Cookies. The Site has no forms, accounts, advertising or tracking pixels, and YAXYS sets no cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the Site from abuse.

3. How We Use Information. YAXYS uses personal information only to respond to your inquiry; to evaluate, negotiate and perform business with you; to operate, secure and improve the Site; and to comply with law and protect its rights.

4. How We Share Information. YAXYS does not sell personal information and does not share it for targeted advertising. YAXYS shares personal information only:

  1. (a) with service providers that host the Site or our email and process the information on our behalf under confidentiality obligations;
  2. (b) with our affiliates under common ownership, for the purposes in Paragraph 3;
  3. (c) when law, a court order or a government request requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of YAXYS or others; and
  4. (d) in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of all or part of our business or assets.

5. Retention. YAXYS keeps inquiry emails and related records for as long as it needs them for the purposes in Paragraph 3 or as law requires. Cloudflare keeps technical logs under its own retention policies.

6. Security. YAXYS uses reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your Choices. You may ask YAXYS to confirm, access, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us by emailing jwood@yaxys.tech. YAXYS will respond within 45 days of receiving a request, as applicable law requires.

8. Children. The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. YAXYS does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes. YAXYS may change this Policy by posting a revised version on the Site with a new Effective Date. The revised Policy applies to information collected after posting.
